Homeowners and businesses across St. John, MO rely on MGA Plumbing for dependable slab leak detection. We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so help is always one call away. Real people answer the phone 24/7 and a plumber is dispatched fast.
Watch for warm floor spots, a running water sound, cracked tile and a water heater that never shuts off.
Slab leaks occur when water lines under a concrete foundation corrode or shift. Left alone they can undermine the slab itself. We locate the leak electronically, then repair by spot access, rerouting the line overhead or — when warranted — repiping.
Because we dispatch from the St. Louis Metro area, a MGA Plumbing plumber can usually reach any address in St. John fast — including St. Louis and O'Fallon. For slab leak detection emergencies, that speed is the difference between a simple repair and major water damage.
