Jams, leaks and electrical faults are the top disposal complaints. Many jams are cleared on the spot; leaks from the body usually mean replacement. We install InSinkErator, Moen and Waste King units with proper wiring and dishwasher connections.
Tip: run cold water before, during and 15 seconds after grinding, and never put grease, coffee grounds or fibrous peels down the disposal.
Homes in Leslie range from older houses with original galvanized and cast iron plumbing to new construction with PEX — and each needs a different approach to garbage disposal repair & installation. Our Leslie plumbers know the local housing stock, soil conditions and water quality, so you get a lasting fix instead of a temporary patch.
