Jams, leaks and electrical faults are the top disposal complaints. Many jams are cleared on the spot; leaks from the body usually mean replacement. We install InSinkErator, Moen and Waste King units with proper wiring and dishwasher connections.
Tip: run cold water before, during and 15 seconds after grinding, and never put grease, coffee grounds or fibrous peels down the disposal.
Because we dispatch from the St. Louis Metro area, a MGA Plumbing plumber can usually reach any address in Brentwood fast — including St. Louis and O'Fallon. For garbage disposal repair & installation emergencies, that speed is the difference between a simple repair and major water damage.
